For more than 25 years I've worked across a range of roles and industries – real estate, operations, project management, information systems, CRM, sales, and data.
Looking back, I realize that no matter which role I was in, I was always drawn to the same kind of challenge – understanding how the work actually gets done, identifying what's holding it back, and finding a better way to do it.
Over the years I realized this wasn't just my job – it's simply the way I think.
Everywhere I worked, I found myself mapping processes, connecting people and systems, and improving the way the work gets done. Sometimes that meant changing a process, sometimes building a new system, and sometimes adding automation – but the goal was always the same: helping people work more efficiently, accurately, and simply.
That understanding is what led me to start Loopstack.
I wanted to build a company that doesn't start with technology, but with the business itself – understanding how the work actually happens, and only then choosing the right solution.
I believe there's no one-size-fits-all solution. Every business has different people, processes, and challenges, so every engagement starts with listening, learning, and understanding what will truly create the biggest impact.
